WHO WE ARE

Working Spirit is a not-for-profit organisation that connects veterans, families of defence personnel and emergency responders with employment opportunities across Australia.

We work alongside individuals and employers to navigate career change, workforce needs and real-world pathways into sustainable roles, grounded in capability, experience and trust.

OUR PURPOSE:

Service shapes people in powerful ways – through leadership, resilience, adaptability and teamwork.

Our role is to help translate those strengths into civilian employment outcomes.

We do this by:

• Supporting individuals as they explore new or evolving career pathways
• Partnering with employers who value experience and reliability
• Creating opportunities for connection through events, networks and practical support
