Working Spirit Launches Pilot Program with Rugby WA & Western Force
Working Spirit is pleased to be working with Rugby WA and the Western Force on a pilot program designed to support veterans and emergency responders exploring career pathways beyond service.
The program provides exposure to the operational and commercial side of professional sport, including communications, marketing, fan engagement, membership and ticketing, event planning, operations and logistics.
A short expression of interest process was used to identify suitable participants, with final selections confirmed in consultation with Rugby WA.
Expressions of interest closed at 12.00pm on 30 March 2026.
