KINETIC IT
Kinetic IT recognises that veterans have an extensive range of well-developed skills.

Kinetic IT recognises that veterans have an extensive range of well-developed skills in the areas of leadership, teamwork and organisational abilities; as well as highly sought after attributes such as their work ethic, resilience and adaptability that make them valuable employees.
We also recognise that skills gained during military service can be easily transferable to civilian workplaces, so to ensure success in transition we have created a “stepping stone” into IT; which sees our team of current serving reservists and ADF Veterans, with representation from all three branches of the ADF, actively supporting their mates to integrate into our workplaces. It is important to recognise that all of the Veterans in this team had no prior IT experience, we will provide you with full training and provide you a mentor to assist you on your journey.
The primary “stepping stone” where Veterans are making a huge difference involves supporting prominent Government agencies conducting tasks such as providing first level technical support, customer service, IT advice and technical incident resolution.
Kinetic IT’s professional development mechanisms provide the ultimate support to this stepping stone and ensures the best opportunities for a successful career within Kinetic IT; including training, advancement and providing a clear understanding of growth opportunities within our company. Opportunities exist in areas such as Analytics / Automation / Cloud / Cyber / Infrastructure & more.
Over the last 18 months we have seen a number of Veterans promoted internally to other roles within Kinetic IT in relatively short periods of time, so we know that by combining our current development mechanisms with Veterans supporting Veterans, our processes work which contributes significantly in tackling the challenges of transition to civilian employment.
