Our client is recruiting for an experienced Riggers to join their team and are keen to hear from veterans for this role.
As a Rigger you will be reporting to the Project Supervisor and you will support piling operations, rigging tasks, and the safe operation of specialised equipment.
Other key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Carry out rigging duties in line with project requirements and safety standards
Assist with driven piling operations
Operate Impact Hammers and Vibro Hammers with demonstrated competency
Support lifting operations, equipment mobilisation, setup, and load management
Maintain safe work practices and work collaboratively with site teams
Read and interpret structural steel drawings
To be successful, you will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:
Must have High Risk Licence Rigging, Dogging and Non-Slew Crane certifications
Must have demonstrated marine driven piling experience
Proven experience operating Impact Hammers and Vibro Hammers
Proven experience with rigging and lifting operations
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
Ability to read and understand structural steel drawings
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance (essential)
Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Clearance (essential)
Australian Defence background (highly regarded).
