WA Based roles- Merriwa, WA
We have a client to are looking for carers in Merriwa Estate Aged Care and also Domestic Staff in Merriwa Estate Aged Care. Our client is keen to talk to veterans, their families and emergency responders who may be interested in the roles below.
For the carer role, you would need to posses the following below:
Certificate 3 in Individual Support or hold similar experience
Previous experience working in aged care
Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
Well developed communication and interpersonal skills
able to relate to the elderly with empathy and understand their needs
Demonstrate flexible decision moving making and advanced problem solving skills
Excellent time management and organisation skills
Enjoy building positive relationships with residents, their families and staff
For the Domestic role, you will need to posses
That you have experience working in hospitality environment
Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
Well developed communication and interpersonal skills
able to relate to the elderly with empathy and understand their needs
Demonstrate flexible decision moving making and advanced problem solving skills
Excellent time management and organisation skills
Enjoy building positive relationships with residents, their families and staff
