Our client is vey keen to support any veterans, family members of veterans and or emergency sevices with HVAC Experience

HVAC Technicians  across multiple locations:

Brisbane: 1 Technician
Melbourne: 1–2 Technicians
Greater Sydney: 4–5 Technicians

Depending on experience and skill level, the base hourly rate ranges from $33.88 to $51.29, plus a $2.25 per hour productivity allowance. The total remuneration package includes superannuation, along with a company vehicle (with fuel, utilities, and maintenance fully covered). These are full-time roles (38 hours per week), with early start and finish times and opportunities for overtime.

The HVAC Technician is responsible for installing, repairing, and servicing residential and commercial
HVAC systems. In addition, HVAC Technician is responsible for performing technical work on building
services equipment, conducting small-quoted works, and acting as a technical escalation point for the
team. The Service Technician will also ensure that all work carried our meets our clients 
Quality and Customer Standards and achieves the overall business plans and objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Integrity  Installing, repairing and maintaining heating, ventillation and air conditioing systems for residential and commercial premises
 Performing regular inspections of HVAC systems to ensure safe and
efficient operation
 Identifying and troubleshooting any issues with HVAC systems
 Ordering, installing and replaing necessary parts such as compressors,
motors and belts
 Recommending and performing preventative maintentance to avoid
breakdowns and extend the life of equipment
 Testing and adjusting electrical and mechanical components of HVAC
systems
 Handling and responding to emergency calls and any other unfroeseen
circumstances
 Maintaining accurate records and logs of all work performed
Safety  Testing all connections for safety, accuracy, and efficiency
 Always being aware of safety concerns and building codes to ensure
compliance
 Follow all company safe work systems and procedures, ensure your team to
do the same
 To understand the legislative requirements of the Workplace Health and
Safety Act and how they apply to our workplace
 Conduct workplace audits and identify hazards in the workplace
 To complete minimum monthly requirements in line with the HSEQ
specifications

 To be a proactive member of the team in addressing customer complaints
