The role of Inward Digital Fraud and Scams Analyst is 5 days per week, 2 days from the office and 3 from home once qualifed. As the team is 24/7, there is an opportunity for flexible start times.

As the Inward Digital Fraud & Scams Analyst, you will be part of the
Fraud Operations team that’s doubling down on customer obsession.
This role will be responsible for monitoring and assessment of inward payment activity to identify potential fraud, scam, mule and financial crime risks.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
Monitor and assess inward payment activity to identify potential fraud, scam, mule and financial crime risks
Detect, investigate and escalate suspicious transactional behaviours and emerging fraud patterns
Support timely disruption and mitigation actions to minimise customer harm and financial losses arising from scam and fraudulent payments
Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes, workflows and controls relating to fraud and scam detection and response
Assist in investigations and provide insights on digital fraud, scams and mule activity
