About the role:
Supporting jobseekers with a service background through their employment journey
Working closely with employers to help achieve positive, sustainable job outcomes
Providing regular follow-ups, conversations and practical support
Assisting with ad-hoc tasks as needed, to support the wider team
Being part of a small, supportive team that genuinely cares about impact and outcomes
What the role looks like:
Part-time: around 2-3 days per week
Flexible days (Tuesday-Thursday preferred)
Office-based in Joondalup
Free onsite parking
About you
You might be a great fit if you:
Have experience in related field (not essential but welcome)
Communicate well and build strong, genuine relationships
Understand Defence, veteran or emergency services life
Are organised, adaptable and people-focused
