Karen is a seasoned Events, Marketing, and Communications professional with extensive experience across Australia and the UK. She has managed high-profile events, including large-scale military ceremonies and community engagements. While in London, Karen led the creation of the Event and Marketing Department for the Household Division Charity, where she successfully launched their website and established their social media presence. Her efforts significantly enhanced the charity's visibility and fostered relationships with key stakeholders. She also helped organise high-profile events, including VIP receptions and large-scale military ceremonies attended by members of the Royal Family and other dignitaries.

In Australia, Karen played a key role in organising significant commemorative events such as ANZAC Day and Remembrance Day for the Returned and Services League of Australia WA Branch. Her expertise in planning and executing these events has been instrumental in honouring the service and sacrifice of veterans and creating meaningful community engagement.

Additionally, Karen was the Host City Airport Manager for the FIFA Women's World Cup 2023, where she managed the airport team's operations, ensuring efficient and seamless arrivals and departures for all client groups.
