Working Spirit has partnered with Rugby WA and the Western Force to deliver a new pilot initiative designed to provide real insight into the professional sports industry.
Gain Behind-the-Scenes Experience in Professional Sport
This program offers a practical look at how a professional sporting organisation operates beyond the field.
Participants will gain exposure to key areas, including:
- Communications and marketing
- Fan engagement
- Membership and ticketing
- Event planning
- Operations
- Match-day logistics
Delivered across a series of sessions over several weeks, the program focuses on real-world experience within a professional sporting environment.

- Open only to individuals registered on the Working Spirit Transition Employment Portal (TEP)
