We are pleased to share that Working Spirit and RugbyWA have formally signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
This MOU establishes a framework for collaboration, recognising shared interests in community connection, workforce participation and positive social outcomes.
As part of this collaboration, Working Spirit and Rugby WA are now working together on the development of a joint initiative, exploring how sport, high-performance environments and workforce transition can intersect in a meaningful way.
With Rugby WA’s reach across clubs, schools and the wider community, this partnership provides a strong foundation for constructive engagement.
